The best real estate masterminds in 2026, compared

How to choose

Six questions to ask before you pay.

  1. Are the people at your level?

The strongest groups sort members by revenue, deal count or net worth. A new investor and a $15M operator don't get much from the same room.

  2. Do they do your kind of deal?

"Real estate mastermind" covers agent lead generation, apartment syndication, creative finance and general investing. Pick the one that matches your business.

  3. How often do you meet in person?

Trust and deal sharing mostly happen face to face. Some groups meet four times a year for days at a time. Others are online only.

  4. Is the leader still doing the work?

Ask whether the person running the room still closes the kind of deals they teach, or mostly teaches and sells.

  5. How hard is it to get in?

Applications, interviews and financial checks tend to mean a better room. Open signup costs less and gets you in faster, which is a fair trade for some people.

  6. What happens if it's a bad fit?

Some groups publish a 30-day refund or a refundable trial. Some state no refunds. Get the policy in writing.

Questions

What people ask before joining.

How much does a real estate mastermind cost?

It ranges widely. Of the groups that publish a price, online agent communities like BAMx run about $197 a month, a single Tom Ferry mastermind day was $6,500, GoBundance runs $5,000 to $20,000 a year by tier, and the Be Wealthy Mastermind is $15,000 a year. Many investor masterminds, including The Collective Genius, The Boardroom and Investor Fuel, only share pricing after you apply.

What is the difference between a mastermind and coaching?

Coaching is one person working on your business with you. A mastermind is a group of peers at a similar level who meet regularly, share what is working and hold each other to it. Some masterminds are mostly an online course with a community attached, so check the format before you join. Brett offers both: one-on-one coaching and the mastermind.

Do real estate masterminds offer refunds?

Some do. The Collective Genius and The Boardroom both publish a 30-day refund policy. Be Wealthy lets you attend one event on a fully refundable $5,000 deposit before you commit. Massive Agent Society states it gives no refunds. Many groups do not publish a policy, so ask in writing before you pay.

Is there a mastermind for Keller Williams agents?

Yes. KW MAPS runs mastermind events for Keller Williams agents, priced per event. The KW Wealth Mastermind, led by Brett Tanner, is a yearly mastermind for Keller Williams agents focused on turning income into owned assets, at $12,000 a year.

Which real estate mastermind is best for investors?

It depends on your deal type and size. Multifamily investors often look at Rod Khleif's Warrior Program or Jake & Gino. Creative finance investors look at SubTo. Investors doing steady volume can sort themselves by deal count in Investor Fuel or by revenue in The Collective Genius. Operators above $2 million a year in revenue are who The Boardroom is built for.
