Be Wealthy, LLC ("Be Wealthy," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on our websites that you believe infringes your copyright, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send us a written notice that includes all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our site (a URL works best);
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review complete notices promptly. If we remove or disable access to material in response to a notice, we will make a good-faith effort to notify the person who posted it.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. It must include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

A caution about false claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please make sure your claim is accurate before you send it.
