These Terms govern your use of the Be Wealthy website and programs operated by Be Wealthy, LLC. By submitting a form, downloading a resource, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms.
Applying to the mastermind or any program does not guarantee acceptance. Program details, pricing, and availability may change. Any purchase is subject to the terms presented at the time of checkout.
Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final. Your seat keeps its full value: you may transfer it to any other workshop date, or to another person, at any time before the event. Your first date change is free; each change after that is $199. If we cancel an event and do not offer a replacement date, we will refund your ticket in full. By purchasing a ticket you agree to this policy.
If you provide your mobile number on a form that carries our consent disclosure, you agree to receive marketing and informational calls and texts from Be Wealthy, LLC as described in our Privacy Policy, including messages sent with an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any application or purchase.
Our programs, workbooks, and content provide education and coaching only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Results shown anywhere on our sites, including Brett's results and member survey numbers, are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn. Real estate and business carry risk, and some people lose money. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and circumstances. Talk to your own licensed advisors before you act.
The content on this site, including workbooks, tools, videos, and text, belongs to Be Wealthy, LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own education. You may not resell it, republish it, or pass it off as your own. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Policy.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Be Wealthy, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program or service the claim is about.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, this site, our programs, or any communication from us (including calls, texts, and emails), are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration agreement below, any dispute that is not arbitrated must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

You and Be Wealthy, LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this site, our programs, events, or content, or any calls, texts, or emails from us or on our behalf (including any claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or any similar state law), will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in Maricopa County, Arizona, or at your election by phone, video, or written submissions. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
This agreement does not stop either of us from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, and it does not waive your right to bring issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies.
Right to opt out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing admin@bewealthy.com with your name, contact information, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
You and Be Wealthy, LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. All claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, then that claim (and only that claim) must proceed in court, and the rest of this section stays in effect.
