A written plan for the year
The 1-3-5 plan. One goal, the three priorities that get you there, and the actions under each, on a single page. The goal can be a passive income number, like taking it from $5,000 to $10,000 a month.

CEO coaching for top producersBrett Tanner coaches top-producing agents and team leaders one-on-one. They earn strong money, but the income stops when they stop selling, and they often own less real estate than a lot of their clients. Brett spent more than 20 years in real estate and sold over $2 billion of it, then turned that income into property and businesses he owns. In coaching he works on your actual numbers and helps you do the same. It costs $36,000 a year and runs by phone and Zoom.

The situation, the way people put it when they go looking for help
I've been a top producer for years and I run a team now. The income is great. But if I stopped selling tomorrow, the money would stop with me, and I've helped clients buy more investment property than I own myself. I don't need more leads. I need someone who has already done this to show me how to turn what I earn into things I own.
Brett spent years as the agent carrying the number every month. What changed his life was what he did with the commissions once he had built teams that could close without him. For the agent-specific money questions, like taxes, entity setup and 1031 exchanges, see wealth coaching for real estate agents.
These are the same tools Brett runs his own companies on. In coaching he points them at your business and your commissions.

Brett starts with net profit. His target is about 30% for a team with staff and 40% to 50% or more for a solo agent. Then you build a Flash Report, a short list of numbers you can scan in under a minute to see where the problem is.
A set share of each commission goes into things you own, and every property gets judged by its return on equity. Brett also looks hard at what you already pay for, because some of those expenses can become income.
Every session ends with a short list of next steps, and the next one starts with whether you did them. Sessions run on a regular cadence by phone or Zoom.
On Episode 3 of the Be Wealthy Podcast, Brett told the story of an agent he has coached for years. The agent was spending $3,000 to $4,000 a month on photography for his listings.
He went to his photographer and asked if he wanted to grow the business. The agent offered to buy part of it and send it work from the other big agents he knew. One condition of his money was that he got his own photos at cost. The photography business ran at about a 30% profit margin.
His share of the profit came to about $3,000 a month, more than the photos had been costing him. A bill he paid every month turned into a business he owns part of.
“He went from paying $3,000 a month to actually getting paid $1,000 to have the photos.”Brett Tanner, Be Wealthy Podcast, Episode 3. The story starts around the 10 minute mark. Listen to Episode 3Wealth Plan for Agents & Investors: Income → Assets
Coaching with Brett is $36,000 a year. It is an annual, one-on-one commitment, and you start by applying. If it looks like a fit, you get a short call with Katelyn Mitchell, who runs operations across Brett's businesses, so both sides can decide whether the work makes sense.
Too early for a year of one-on-one? The Be Wealthy Mastermind is $15,000 a year and meets in person three times a year with a small, vetted group. You can try one event first through the Shadow, a $5,000 deposit you get back in full if the room isn't a fit.
Brett Tanner does. He is the founder of Be Wealthy and host of the Be Wealthy Podcast. He spent more than 20 years in real estate, sold over $2 billion of it, and built teams that ran without him. His one-on-one CEO coaching is for agents and team leaders who already produce and want to turn that income into things they own.
Brett's order is income first, then ownership. Once your production is steady, put a set share of every commission into things you own and judge each property by its return on equity. He also looks at money you already spend in the business, because some of it can be turned into income. In coaching he builds that plan with you from your real numbers.
Production coaching helps you get more listings and closings. Brett's coaching starts after the money comes in. It covers what you keep and how your income turns into assets that pay you when you stop selling. Plenty of agents use both at different points in their career.
