One-on-one coaching for the person at the top. You bring the real business and the real decisions. Brett brings twenty-plus years of doing exactly this, and he tells you the truth.
Brett has sold over two billion dollars in real estate across twenty-plus years. He built teams and a portfolio that run without him in the room. That is the whole point of the work.
The path is simple to say and hard to do. Income first, because you need the engine. Then you turn that income into things you own. Once the business pays you whether you show up or not, you are free.
He has walked that road. In your sessions he looks at your numbers and tells you what he would do with them.
Brett coaches people with real income coming in. What they need help with is turning it into something they own.
01
The top producer
You are an agent or a team leader and the income has been strong for years. If you stopped selling tomorrow the money would stop with you, and you own less real estate than a lot of your clients. How Brett coaches agentsWhat year one looks like
02
The second-generation owner
You took over a family portfolio or business and grew it, mostly by learning on the job. It cash flows. Nobody ever trained you to run it at the top, and the plan that got you here is running out of road. What year one looks like
03
The investor who outgrew the plan
You own rentals, multifamily, or commercial property and it works. Now you have more equity than strategy, and you want someone who has done it to look at the whole picture and tell you what he would do. What year one looks like
04
The founder everything runs through
The company makes money, but every real decision still lands on your desk. You want it running without you so your time goes into building what you own. What year one looks like
Still working toward your first deal? A year of one-on-one coaching is too early. Start with a one-day workshop or the podcast, and apply when you have something to build on.
What you work on
The tools Brett actually uses.
These are the same tools behind Be Wealthy. In coaching they get pointed straight at your business.
01
The 1-3-5 plan
One goal, the three priorities that get you there, and the actions under each. A single page that keeps the year honest.
02
Flash Report KPIs
The monthly numbers that tell you the truth about the business, so you are steering by data instead of by gut.
03
Action plans
Turning the plan into weekly steps with real accountability. This is where strategy stops being a document.
04
Portfolio review
A hard look at what you own and whether it is building wealth or just keeping you busy. Then a plan to fix the gap.
How to start
A short, honest process.
This is a real commitment on both sides, so it starts with a conversation.
01

Send a short application through the contact form. Tell us about the business, where you are stuck, and what you want the next year to look like.
02
A quick call
If it looks like a fit, we set up a short call. This is where both sides figure out whether the work makes sense.
03
Get to work
If you are both in, you lock your cadence for the year and start on the first plan. No guarantees, just the work and the accountability to do it.
Questions
Before you apply.
Who is Brett Tanner?
Brett Tanner is the founder of Be Wealthy and host of the Be Wealthy Podcast. He spent more than 20 years in real estate and sold over two billion dollars of it, then built teams that ran without him. He owns Apple Mountain Resort in Clarkesville, Georgia and Roundhouse Resort in Pinetop, Arizona outright.
How much does CEO coaching with Brett Tanner cost?
$36,000 a year. It is a one-on-one, annual commitment, and you start by applying. If you need help running the business more than steering it, operations coaching with Katelyn Mitchell is $18,000 for a 12-month program.
Is coaching with Brett Tanner remote or in person?
Coaching with Brett is remote. Sessions run over the phone and Zoom, so you can work with him from anywhere in the country. The mastermind events and the one-day workshops are in person.
Do I need a certain size business or portfolio?
There is no hard cutoff. Coaching is built for people who already have real income and need a plan for what comes next. That could be a sales team you lead or a family portfolio you took over and grew. If you are still working toward your first deal, start with a one-day workshop and come back when you have something to build on.
Is this only for real estate agents?
No. Brett coaches agents and team leaders, and he also coaches investors and founders. Real estate is where most of the wealth gets built, because that is how Brett turned his own income into things he owns.
What do you actually work on in coaching?
Your real numbers. Brett points his own tools at your business, including the 1-3-5 plan, Flash Report KPIs, weekly action plans, and a hard review of everything you own. You leave each session with a short list of next steps, and the next session starts with whether you did them.
How is coaching different from the Be Wealthy Mastermind?
The mastermind is a room. You go to three in-person events a year with a small, vetted group of operators and investors, and full membership is $15,000 a year. Coaching is one-on-one with Brett on your business only. You can do both.
How do I apply for coaching with Brett?
Fill out the contact form and pick 1-on-1 Coaching with Brett. Tell us about the business, where you are stuck, and what you want the next year to look like. If it looks like a fit, you get a short call with Katelyn so both sides can decide if the work makes sense.
Your next move

If you are ready to work on ownership and not just income, apply. Brett will tell you straight whether this is the right fit.
